Portal UI Update
15 August 2023 – A brand new UI experience has been made available to the Returns services. These enhancements will provide customers with advanced returns features while simplifying end-user functionality.
RMA Returns
RMA Returns will be enabled for clients that have an agreed SOP allowing Floship to receive customer returns.
This feature will appear as the “Return Order” button.
By clicking this button, users will see two options:
- With Label (Floship-generated returns label)
- Without Label (Client-created returns label)
Client-initiated returns orders will use the prefix “RMA”, while courier returns initiated by Floship will use the prefix “R”.

Automation Rule Enhancement
Automation rule options are now available to further enhance the flexibility of SKU-related settings and automation flows.
- Auto-select courier based on shortest delivery time.
- Ship from another warehouse in case of out-of-stock situations.
Multicurrency
Clients can now select their preferred currency for displaying order item values on CI and AWB documents. Unsupported currencies will display in USD.
Public API
Floship’s public API is now hosted on Postman for improved usability.
All-in-One Platform
The new fully integrated model redefines a simplified, all-in-one logistics solution. eCommerce businesses can now manage multiple brands under a single account.

Zoho Inventory integration is now available on the Floship Portal.

Floship now supports BrightPearl OMS and Etsy Marketplace integrations.
Mar 22 | Cancelled and Refund Order Sync For Shopify
Floship now supports syncing cancelled and partially refunded Shopify orders while in pending approval status.
