This user guide serves as a visual walkthrough of the design changes and feature updates related to the new Floship Fulfillment Portal.
This user guide aims to familiarize you with the new user interface and help you transition to the new system with ease.
The new Floship Fulfillment Portal user interface will be available on the first week of April 2017.
All active users of the Floship Fulfillment Portal will be moved to the new design automatically.
The previous version of the Floship Fulfillment Portal will no longer be available once the transition has taken effect.
The all-new Floship Fulfillment Portal user interface has been redesigned to be more consistent and streamlined.
The navigation bar has been moved to the top of the page for easier access.
The orders, ASN and item pages have been redesigned for a more seamless user experience.
Shipping Options Mapping
We’ve given you full control over setting up your Shipping Options Mapping entirely through your Floship Fulfillment Portal.
No more need for file and email exchanges to get this done.
We’ve given you complete access to setup and update your product quantities in inner and master cartons.
You now have a more transparent information when it comes your inventory data.
File and email exchanges have been removed from this process.
Searching for information is now easier than ever.
You can now search for orders, ASNs and inventory items using the global search box.
We’ve given you a new dashboard look to give you a clearer picture of what’s happening at a glance.
